Hiring Practices & Eligibility

Every potential employee must complete the questions in the Driver Application tab.  Once the form is completed and you click "submit", it will be received in our email immediately.

 

We take the time to sit down and talk with applicants to see if you you are a good fit for our operation, just as you should be deciding if our operation is a good fit for you.

Some requirements are:

1) Pass pre-employment drug screen and be enrolled in our random drug screening program; including FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse participation

2) Hold and maintain a valid Class A CDL

3) Hold and maintain a valid Fed Med Card

4) Be insurable based on your MVR 

5) Be at least 21 year old 

Employment Benefits

1) One week paid vacation each year after one year of employment

2) Two weeks paid vacation each year after five years of employment.

3) Up to $100 monthly credit towards any AFLAC plan.

4) In addition to the $100 per month contribution towards your AFLAC plans, FRS has also committed to providing all of its employees with a FREE Virtual Healthcare benefit (for employee & family) with AllyHealth through AFLAC. All employees will automatically be enrolled at no cost (and no co-pays) to our employees. 

5) Monthly Driver's Safety & Performance Bonus which averages $150 per month.

6) Additional Bonus of $150 for every DOT stop with zero violations.

7) Reefer drivers earning weekly Flat Rate

8) Employee Referral Program & Bonus (min $250 per referral)

9) In-house payroll. We do not send it to an outside company, we do it ourselves; so you can talk directly to us.

10) We offer weekly payroll Direct Deposit.  

11) We pay weekly payroll; State and Federal payroll taxes and all court ordered garnishments.
